New Logo | New Website | Data Dashboard

The Foundation recently revealed our new logo, in tandem with the launch of a new website and data platform.

The new logo is a natural evolution of our previous one. We have re-interpreted our trademark blue & green color palette, while invoking an abstract joining of hands in the spirit of community collaboration.

The new cmfdn.org aims to provide an enhanced user experience through improved navigation; a Google translate feature; and a responsive web design that makes it adaptable to a variety of devices and screen sizes.

The site also hosts a platform with continually updated health and economic data specific to the 27 communities within the Foundation’s service area. These analytics inform the Foundation’s grantmaking strategies and can be used by grantees to implement evidence-based programming that meets the specific health needs of our community.

We encourage you to visit our new website and explore the data dashboard; both are valuable sources of information for our grantees and our community at large.

Nearly 150 Local School Leaders Attend Youth Mental Health Symposium

The Foundation gathered nearly 150 local school superintendents, principals, parents and school leaders at a Youth Mental Health Symposium on February 7th. Hosted by Judy Hsu (ABC 7 anchor and reporter), the panel presentation featured representatives from School Districts 105 and 181, and the Crisis Text Line. Panelists discussed how parents and teachers can work together to reduce stigma and help youth in crisis, and attendees were offered various resources, including free Youth Mental Health First Aid training and Crisis Text Line magnets for distribution throughout the community.

Please click here to schedule or attend a Youth Mental Health First Aid Training. If you are interested in receiving Crisis Text Line magnets, please contact bmurin@cmfdn.org.
