Proposals for Spring Grant Cycle due March 15th

Responsive grant proposals for the Foundation’s spring cycle are due Monday, March 15th by 5:00 PM CST.

Proposals must align with Community Memorial Foundation’s policies and guidelinesgeographic focus, and funding priorities; and are submitted through the Foundation’s GIFTS Online grants management system.


Now Hiring Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Do you want to work collaboratively to strengthen communities in the Western Suburbs? Then we have an opportunity for you! Community Memorial Foundation is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who is a skillful communicator with a pro-active approach.

Chicagoland Collaborative Training on the Aunt Bertha Platform

The Health Connection HUB* is partnering with AMITA Health and Loyola Medicine to host two virtual community events with Aunt Bertha, the site administrators of their free and easy-to-use resource platforms. These platforms connect individuals in our community to free and reduced-cost programs and services, and also offer free tools for social service providers.
