All of the Foundation’s efforts are directed at community transformation. Whether we’re funding a local health initiative or hosting a regional convening of grantee organizations, we work with our partners to make our community a healthier, safer, more equitable place.
Community Memorial Foundation manages a grantmaking portfolio that includes our Regional Health and Human Services Agenda, Responsive Grants Program and Building Organizational Effectiveness Program. The Regional Health and Human Services Agenda outlines our community health priorities, while the Responsive Grants Program funds organizations and initiatives that address these priorities. The Building Organizational Effectiveness Program provides funding and educational opportunities to help grantee organizations employ best practices and strengthen their internal capacity.
Together, these strategies work hand-in-hand to build stronger communities and organizations.
