Earlier this month, the Foundation and its partners — Healthy Communities Foundation, Health & Medicine Policy Research Group, and Sinai Urban Health Institute — hosted a kickoff event for the West Suburban CHW Learning Lab. This quarterly gathering provides community health workers working in the Western Suburbs with an opportunity to connect with peers, share resources, and identify ways to collaborate.
