Community Memorial Foundation believes that organizational assessment is a useful first step for nonprofit partners seeking to increase capacity. We currently offer our grantee organizations the opportunity for self-assessment via survey, or through an in-depth organizational assessment and action planning program.
Organizations interested in receiving assessment should first contact Foundation staff at 630-654-4729 to discuss the process. Organizational Assessment grants can range from $500 to $15,000 and may be submitted to the Foundation throughout the year.
