Capacity Building: Building Organizational Effectiveness Program

Nonprofit organizations and their philanthropic partners continually examine new approaches to reach established goals and make the best use of limited capital in the face of growing need. Through the Building Organizational Effectiveness Initiative, Community Memorial Foundation provides our grantee organizations with continuous learning opportunities to facilitate effective management, sound governance and increased organizational capacity.

The Foundation currently offers the following capacity building opportunities to our grantee partners:

We also award grant funding for initiatives that use certified electronic health records to facilitate efficient and comprehensive information sharing among healthcare systems and health and human service organizations.
